SHE Tanzania was establish in 2014 with offices based in Dar es Salaam and Arusha Tanzania. My objective to join the Africa Tourism Board is to contribute my knowledge, skills, ideas and experience in the promotion of Tourism across Africa. Salama Heritage Ecovillage (SHE) Tanzania is a young but very promising Tanzania based NGO. We have initiated the Pan Africa Eco-communities Network (PEN) International and Salama Pan African Institute for Cultural Education and Sports (SPICES). Through this projects we shall promote different types of tourism such as Cultural Tourism, Ecotourism, Agricultural Tourism (Agtours) Geotourism, Community Tourism etc. We shall be happy to collaborate with the African Tourism Board to establish a Pan Africa Tour Guiding Training Centre in Arusha Tanzania to build the capacity of African Tour Guides. We also work in close collaboration with the Maasai Community in Tanzania through the Maasai Association for Technology and Enterprise (MATE) Tanzania, another initiative of SHE Tanzania. Through these projects we shall go a long way to contribute to the aims and objectives of the Africa Tourism Board.
