My main objective is to be able to meet other organization, institutions that does the same thing as we do to promote tourism as a tool for community development providing sustainable economic solutions to locals and enhance them to be part of the conservation process of the natural resources and the environment at large to cope with the current climate change issues. Our main mission is to harness tourism, conservation, intercultural exchange and community development through working together with local communities living around the Volcanoes National Park, which is among the homes to the last surviving mountain gorillas and other precious but endangered animal and plant species. We are geared towards bringing innovative solutions and tangible changes to the communities living around the Volcanoes National Park. We would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to share your skills and ideas on the best practices to use tourism as a conduit for promoting conservation efforts, and community socio-economic development to support tourism and, therefore, help in conserving the environment.
