Tourism and Local Development (TOLD) is a young NGO which works in favor of a sustainable socio-economic development of the populations of Niger through the revitalization of the tourism sector.
Its mission is to participate in the poverty alleviation by creating jobs and income-generating activities for the communities in order to help reduce unemployment, youth migration, consolidate social stability and protect environment.
It operates in five (5) areas namely: Tourism, Vocational Training, Food Sovereignty, Culture and the Environment.
The objective of our membership in ATB is to be an integral part of an organization which promotes the African tourism sector in order to contribute to the development of an economically viable, socially equitable and ecologically sustainable African tourism.
